MEDICAL DIRECTOR
- Establishing and approving all IV therapy protocols
- Providing medical oversight for all treatments
- Reviewing client health information
- Issuing medical orders for IV therapy treatments
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
NURSING STAFF
- All nursing staff maintain active Arizona nursing licenses
- All nursing staff have specialized training in IV therapy administration
- All nursing staff maintain current CPR/BLS certification
- All nursing staff operate under the direction of our Medical Director
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
- All IV therapies are administered only under a valid medical order from our Medical Director
- Nurses do not make independent medical judgments regarding IV therapy formulations
- Nurses do not compound IV medications
- All treatments follow established protocols approved by our Medical Director
GOOD FAITH EXAMINATION REQUIREMENT
- In-person by our Medical Director or designated healthcare provider
- Via telemedicine when appropriate under Arizona law
- Review of your medical history
- Assessment of current symptoms and conditions
- Evaluation of appropriateness for IV therapy
- Determination of the most suitable IV formulation
LIMITATIONS OF SERVICES
- Are not a substitute for emergency medical care
- Do not replace regular visits to your primary care provider
- Are not intended to diagnose or treat specific medical conditions
- May not be appropriate for all individuals
REFERRAL RELATIONSHIPS
Rapid Recovery Mobile IV does not have any financial relationships with other healthcare providers that would constitute a conflict of interest. Any referrals to other healthcare providers are made solely based on the client's best interest and medical needs.

If you have concerns about the care you received, you may:

- File a complaint with the Arizona Board of Nursing at AZBN Complaint Portal, by email at [email protected], or by phone at 602.771.7800 (option 3)
- File a complaint with the Arizona Medical Board. The Arizona Medical Board prefers that complaints be filed in writing so the Board can effectively evaluate each allegation against the physician during the course of the investigation.
